正直、今日本で一番予約の取りづらいお寿司屋さんと言ってもいいくらい、予約するのが難しいです!

店内はカウンター席のみで、料理人のさいとうさんとお客様との距離が近く、職人の手さばきを近くで見ることができます!お店の雰囲気は、落ち着いた和風の内装で、趣深い空間です。

The restaurant has only counter seats, and the distance between the chef Saito-san and the customers is close, allowing you to see the skills of the chef up close. The atmosphere of the restaurant is a serene Japanese-style interior, creating an elegant and charming space.

We mainly offer fresh fish from Miyazu, Kyoto, and also source seasonal fish from all over Japan. 築地場外市場すし大」は、東京・豊洲にあるお寿司屋さんで、築地市場の跡地に移転したお店です!
店内はカウンター席とテーブル席があり、家族連れやグループでも楽しめます!

"Tsukiji Jogai Shijo Sushi Dai" is a sushi restaurant located in Toyosu, Tokyo, which moved from the site of Tsukiji Market. The restaurant has both counter and table seating, making it suitable for families and groups.

メニューは、にぎり寿司や巻き寿司、天ぷらなど様々な種類があり、ボリュームもたっぷりです!また、ランチタイムには特別に用意されたランチメニューも人気です!

日本を代表する鮨職人の一人、中澤圭二氏が1989年に創業し、1993年に現在の四谷に開いたのが「すし匠」

"Sushi Taku" was founded by one of Japan's leading sushi chefs, Keiji Nakazawa, in 1989, and opened its current location in Yotsuya in 1993.

現在は、二代目の勝又啓太氏がつけ場に立っており、
ネタによって使い分けられるシャリ、見事な熟成、そして丁寧な仕事がされたつまみと握りを自在に展開するコースが一番の魅力です!

Currently, Keita Katsumata, the second-generation chef, stands behind the sushi counter. The course menu, which offers a variety of toppings and sushi with skillfully made shari that varies depending on the topping, excellent aging, and carefully prepared appetizers, is the main attraction of the restaurant.

すきやばし次郎」は、東京・銀座にある老舗の高級すし店です。
江戸前の技術に基づいた職人技を持つ「江戸前寿司」が楽しめることで有名!

Sukiyabashi Jiro is a long-established high-end sushi restaurant in Ginza, Tokyo. It is famous for its "Edomae Sushi," a type of sushi with craftsmanship based on Edo-mae techniques!

店内はカウンター席と個室があり、約30席となっています。
鮨 さいとう同様、なかなか予約が取れません。国内外の著名人も多く訪れる人気店で、アメリカの元大統領オバマさんも訪れたことでも有名です!

The restaurant has about 30 seats, including counter seats and private rooms. As with Sushi Saito, reservations are not easy to come by. It is a popular restaurant visited by many celebrities from Japan and abroad, and is famous for having been visited by former U.S. President Barack Obama!
